Brief:

Conduct a phase 1 environmental report to assess the risks to sensitive receptors both on and off-site due to soil and groundwater contamination as a result of the proposed development.

Project:

The proposed development consists of conversion of existing farm out building into single dwelling. There will be an external amenity space, located to the south of the proposed dwelling, currently part of the farmhouse garden. As the proposed amenity space had always been a garden this was not considered to pose an elevated risk, however some further investigation was recommended into the potential for elevated
